DOES MY ORDER HAVE TRACKING?
All standard shipping orders are untracked and are estimated to arrive between 7-14 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays).
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@peonyroseonline.com with your complete order number. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, your order will be fully refunded. We do not accept refunds at this point if items have been shipped.
HOW IS MY PACKAGE SHIPPED?
Your order is shipped through standard post with Australia Post. This can take anywhere from 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days. Once the packages arrive in the hands of our Australia Post, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands Australia Post.
Peony Rose or Australia Post are not responsible for lost packages if your delivery address is entered incorrectly.
Peony Rose is not responsible for stolen packages.
